Ramesh Venkatraman
Diretor, V-LEAD
Ramesh Venkatraman is Director, Vivekananda Institute for Leadership Development (V-LEAD), an initiative of the Swami Vivekananda Youth Movement (SVYM, Mysuru). He oversees the programs, products, and operations of V-LEAD including the capacity building initiatives and V-LEAD labs. He has more than 2 decades of experience and expertise spanning the domains of Sales & Marketing, Branding & Product Management, Project Management, Training, Business Process Management, and Creative & Structured Writing. He has worked across geography, including India, USA, and parts of Europe. He has worked and held leadership positions across a cross section of companies spanning Healthcare, Business & Strategic Consulting, Knowledge Process Outsourcing, and Training. Besides his areas of core competence, Ramesh is also deeply invested in understanding,practicing, and disseminating the Dharmic & Cultural heritage of India.Writing is a passion and he has authored several articles on a range of topics including culture, spirituality and politics.He is also an Honorary member on the Joint Board of Studies of the Vidya Vardhaka College of Engineering. Sudarshan S
Senior Faculty, V-LEAD & VIIS
A Development Professional , presently serving as a Faculty Member, V-LEAD/VIIS , Mysuru, units of Swami Vivekananda Youth Movement, which is serving the cause of Community Development from the past 37 years.
After having served in the Government/Corporate Sector for over 27 years,
Mr Sudarshan joined the Organisation out of sheer passion for teaching/training /community development and to contribute to the society by and large.

He holds an M.A., M-Phil (English) with expertise in English Language Teaching, Soft skill Training and HR Training. Besides this, he also has an avid interest in Indian heritage and culture and is associated with facilitating programs on Indian studies for Indian and International audiences.
Dr. Giridhar S

Dr. D P Giridhar has more than forty years of experience encompassing all components of higher education management in addition to professional civil engineering consultancy. He is a noted Higher Education Management Expert having served many reputed institutions in important leadership positions like Vice Chancellor, Principal, Head of Training and Placement, Chairman and Member of University Academic bodies like Board of Governance, Academic Council, Boards of Studies, Boards of Examiners, Affiliation and Accreditation Committees etc.
Dr. D P Giridhar did his ME in civil engineering from the National Institute of Engineering (NIE), Mysuru, and his PhD in Hydromechanics, Water Resources, and Flow Measurement from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He has been a resource person for workshops, conferences and expert lectures in special topics like GIS (Geographic Information Systems), Integrated Water Management, Project Management, Energy-efficient Construction Materials and Technology, TQM in education etc.
He is also an experienced speaker and resource person for faculty and leadership training in outcome-based education and accreditation process as per NAAC and NBA. He has published journal papers in reputed international journals. He has also been principal engineering consultant of many challenging civil engineering projects both in public and private domain. At present, he is working on ADDIE based Instruction Systems Design for digital learning content (as guided-self-learning resources) in Mathematics, Science and Civil engineering subjects. He is a fellow of the Association of Consulting Civil Engineers, India and Fellow of the Institution of Engineers India and a life member of Indian society for Technical Education.
Amarnath Hari

Amarnath Hari has 30+ years’ work experience in medium and large multinational enterprises including running a services business and playing a Senior Manager role specializing in Human Resources Talent and Performance Management in a 2.4 billion dollar enterprise.
He has delivered on assignments in multiple geographies in Asia Pacific including Hong Kong, Manila, Melbourne, Singapore, Taipei, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Brunei. A continual learner, he has completed an advanced course in HR Management from e-Cornell and an MBA from the University of the People, Pasadena, USA.
Somashekar H

Entrepreneurship Development Professional and Banker, having over 27 years experience in Banking and 8 years in Entrepreneurship Development. Retired as Assistant General Manager of Canara Bank in May 2015 after serving as the Director General of National Academy of RUDSETI,a premier resource Organisation for Rural Self Employment Training Institutes who are promoting Rural Entrepreneurship across the country.
As Director General of National Academy of RUDSETI, at Bengaluru he was the main architect in Training and mentoring the Directors and Faculty of over 500 Rural Self Employment Training Institutes established by different Banks across the country. He has developed a Manual of Standard Practices and Training modules for Entrepreneurship Development Training programmes, for Self Employment Training Institutions.
